Office Manager

Kenley: Kenley has been office manager since 2013.  He graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.  As office manager, he is in charge of all office operations, including billing, supervision of the staff and is chief of customer service.

Medical Assistant

Jeanette: Jeanette is a certified medical assistant. She joined the practice in August 2021. She is the office insurance authorization coordinator. Her role is vital in checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and coordinating all the insurance authorizations for HMO patients. Jeanette is fluent in Spanish.

Office Assistant

Christopher: Christopher is a skilled professional with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. Leveraging his bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, he plays a crucial role in managing patient interactions over the phone, ensuring clear and effective communication and making sure to provide outstanding customer service. In addition to his patient-facing responsibilities, Christopher provides support with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Christopher joined the practice in March 2024.

 Office Assistant

Wendy: Wendy joined the practice in May 2024 as an office assistant. She assists Dr. Li and Ms. Carter, NP with their medical documentation along with answering phone calls. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.

Billing/Accounts Specialist

Jeri:  Jeri is our medical billing specialist consultant.
