Kenley:Kenley has been office manager since 2013. He graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. As office manager, he is in charge of all office operations, including billing and staff supervision, and is the chief of customer service.

Medical Assistant

Jeanette: Jeanette is a certified medical assistant. She joined the practice in 2021. She is the office insurance authorization coordinator. Her role is vital in checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and coordinating all the insurance authorizations for HMO patients. Jeanette is fluent in Spanish.

Christopher:

Christopher is a skilled professional with a degree in Marketing and Graphic Design. Leveraging his fluency in English and Spanish, he plays a crucial role in managing patient interactions over the phone, ensuring clear, effective communication and delivering outstanding customer service. In addition to his patient-facing responsibilities, Christopher provides support with various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Christopher joined the practice in 2024.

Ronny: Ronny joined the practice in 2026 as an office assistant. He’s a dedicated service professional who built his career on the frontlines of customer support, taking deep personal pride in resolving everyday challenges. Treats every inquiry not as a transaction, but as an opportunity to make someone’s day easier and safer. Ronny is fluent in English and Spanish.

Billing Specialist

Ahsan: Ahsan serves as a Medical Billing Assistant, where he is responsible for supporting accurate and efficient medical billing processes and administrative tasks. He brings a diverse professional background with experience in medical billing as well as accounting and financial management. Ahsan holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com). In addition, he has completed a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy Assistant, which has provided him with valuable knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical fields. With a combination of healthcare knowledge, medical billing experience, and accounting expertise, Ahsan is committed to maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency in his work while supporting the clinic’s administrative and billing operations. Ahsan joined the office in 2026.
